Life Coaching for Employees in Your Business
|
|
|
|
It may not be immediately apparent why organisations would want to offer life coaching to their employees. After all, there is
no guarantee that employees will use the sessions to focus on their workplace performance. Nevertheless, more enlightened organisations will recognise that there could be a very significant benefit to
having individuals within the workforce who are pushing to reach new horizons, whether in their work or in their personal lives. In fact, our experience suggests that individuals who actively push for
one goal - be it personal or work oriented - tend to have a better work-life balance, have better attitudes to their career and work role, and are generally more productive in the workplace. Offering
opportunities for life coaching to employees, therefore, whilst being an essentially altruistic gesture, could generate some very positive spin-offs. We should say, however, that as an employer you will
gain no insight from us about the discussions that we have with your staff. All discussions are completely confidential (See the Confidentiality page).

I have individuals who might benefit...

If you believe that you have people within your organisation who might benefit from life coaching, you should talk to them at an
early stage and perhaps point them to this web-site if they want more information. Life coaching is not a process that you can 'impose' upon people. However, by all means give us a call to discuss the
pragmatic implications for your company, such as costs (commericial rates are attractive), scheduling, invoicing arrangements, etc.. If there is a requirement (and you are able to provide a secure
venue), we can also be available for on-site, face-to-face life coaching sessions.
